“The CIRTL courses I’ve taken helped me reconsider how I approach my online classroom, and how I might pay forward the things I’ve learned during online teaching when we return to in-person classes. Evidence-based learning principles and resources will help me put the emphasis on student learning, not just my own teaching. I am also working to implement more UDL (universal design for learning) into my class design, both online and in-person, to better suit students’ needs and strengths.”
