Friday, October 4, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Howard Baker Center, Toyota Auditorium

Co-Sponsored by UTK’s Commission for Women | Teaching & Learning Innovation
Keynote: Chancellor Donde Plowman, Ph.D.

How do women in leadership foster better performance in the organizations they lead? Does research indicate that female corporate leadership is correlated with positive organizational performance? What are the trends of women in higher education leadership? What are the key themes for high-achieving female leaders? Our featured speaker, Chancellor Donde Plowman, will lead this “Women’s Leadership” session and respond to questions posed in advance by members of the campus community as well as questions collected from the audience.

If you have any questions, contact Rachel Chen, the Chair of the UTK Commission for Women at rchen@utk.edu. A light lunch will be provided.

We have reached our registration limit for the Toyota Auditorium. Thank you to all who have registered and we look forward to seeing you on October 4! If you cannot attend in-person, you can view this presentation via webcast.
