Josie Andrews


Faculty Consultant

Josie L. Andrews, Ph.D., serves as a Faculty Consultant. In her role, she supports faculty, graduate students, post-docs, and staff members in experiential learning, positive psychology/well-being pedagogy, and active and engage learning. 

 In addition, Josie is the point person for TLI’s Fostering the Volunteer Experience Certificate offering participants feedback and addressing their inquiries. Andrews also provides consultation to individuals and departments as they seek to (re)design and evaluate their course and curriculum. 

Dr. Andrews earned her doctorate in Educational Psychology and Research from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with an emphasis on Adult Learning. She also holds a Master’s in Adult Education, emphasis on Curriculum and Instructional Designs, and an MBA from Troy University.
