John Walker, MPS serves as the Assessment Coordinator for Experiential Learning in Teaching & Learning Innovation. In his role, he oversees the assessment plan for the university’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Experience Learning, and also provides experiential learning assessment resources, training, and consultations for faculty. Walker supports the implementation of UT’s QEP, serves on the university assessment steering committee, and co-leads the university’s experiential learning data collection process.

Walker earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Grand Valley State University, and holds a master’s degree in policy studies from the University of Sydney. Currently, he is pursuing his doctorate in evaluation, statistics and measurement from UT Knoxville.
